Hope everyone’s holidays were amazing Mine were great super super busy though, I feel like my life is a little upside down at the moment! Christmas I ate way too much and *confession* drank a little too much wine as well hehe That’s what family gatherings are for though….. good people, food, and drinks! New years I stayed in and just celebrated with friends nothing crazy. I decided I’m not going to have a new year’s resolution except to stay healthy and happy. I never have fallen through with any of mine in the past so I think a lifestyle promise is a good goal!

I’m incredibly lazy today!! I got out of bed, had a shower, annnnndddd that is as far as I got. Look at me I’m half dressed and laying down!! Not to mention my room is a mess, gotta get on that asap. It is Christmas eve though and I’m really nosy as to what Santa is going to bring me this year My wish list isn’t long though… some new clothes would be nice, hot couture perfume by Givenchy (Amazing!!!) and gift certificates of any and all kinds. I know they sound lame but later on in the year when your shopping they come in handy, I’m a big bargain hunter/sale shopper. Hope everyone’s Christmas is wonderful and filled with lots of friends and family!

Ughhhh sometimes I just hate being a girl! Long hair, makeup, clothes, pretty underthings it all can just drive you nuts. I think God intended for me to be a boy… I love doing nothing with myself, pulling my hair into a giant bun and just hanging with the boys Funny how I ended up modeling for a living hey! At the same time my makeup collection is shameful, it’s a wonder I still have money to buy food hehe Although, the holidays are making me get into that fuzzy mood of feeling thankful for what I have and not worrying about what I’d like to receive in the future. Live for today, and today only is my quote of the week!

This is a little preview from my new set that goes live tomorrow! I’m glad we only shot for a short time in this location because I swear it was colder in the condo then outside, ridiculous! B played with my hair trying to change it up with a new side bang look… I’m not sure if it worked. I think I messed it up by touching it too much while shooting ssshhh Off to enjoy the rest of my chilly sunday, 5 more sleeps till Santa!

Alice is growing sooo much! She now is pretty close to being potty trained….. although I did step on her poop in the kitchen last week…. gross. Sleeping is still a minor issue but at least everyone doesn’t wake up to howling on the hour. Having her around just reminds me how I’m in way too many ways unprepared for children of any kind, animal or human! She is not my own anyways but my roomies, one day I hope to get my own place and possibly a little devil like her for a companion I can’t wait till winter is over, maybe she will allow me to take her on walks!?

I was so excited to see this tree greeting me as I was heading out for the night. Christmas is in the air I can smell it hehe. On a recent trip to the mall I already noticed there are more and more people shopping mid-day. The count down is on I guess, under a month now! I plan to be prepared this year and get my gifts way before the rush. One thing I hate is buying for the guys in my family. Getting a lady a gift is simple earrings, perfume, gift certificate, or something as simple as lipgloss, no matter what she will love it! Men on the other hand drive me nuts, they are never satisfied with the simple stuff (big screen TV!!!) I’m considering going back to my kiddy days… macaroni frames

One of the main reasons I love living in this beautiful country we call Canada is the weather. I know it sounds really lame but weather really effects my mood, not to mention activities, and the hassles that come along with bad weather. I love having four distinct seasons that I can count on enjoying every year no matter what. Summer= beach bunny time! Fall= Long hikes surrounded by pretty colours. Winter= Christmas, snowboarding, and too much hot chocolate. Spring= You look forward to it all over again! These are just a few of my favourite parts, the list could go on forever. I need your guy’s opinion on something. I have been having a debate with my friends over who I resemble in a photo. So far the majority votes have been Mandy Moore and a little Tera Patrick. Now take a close look and let me know what you think!!

After the craziness of my house I decided a night of relaxation was much needed. I grabbed one of my best friends and went out to share appies and maybe one too many drinks Lucky for us martinis were on special. My choice was this sassy little drink called “nothing but pink“. It is a a mixture of peach schnapps, watermelon vodka, cranberry juice, and a splash of bellini mmmmm! I can never create the drinks at home the same though, they never taste just right. Off to watch tv cuddled up in bed!

Today I took the whole morning and the good part of the early afternoon to do some at home spa treatments! If I could go to the salon everyday given time and money provided I would. I love to be touched, scrubbed, massaged, filed, polished, brushed, and everything in between! I did an amazing salt, honey, and tequila scrub in the shower followed by a tingly face mask. I even brushed olive oil into my hair in hopes it will make it silky smooth… a couple more treatments should do the trick I also filed my nails and put a fresh coat of clear polish to make them look salon fresh. Ahhh now the only thing I can truly end the day with is a nap, what a life! :p
